1. Shipping Charges
We offer Free Shipping on all orders with a total value of ₹300 or more.
For orders below ₹300, our delivery charges are simple and based on the number of books in your order:

2. Order Processing and Delivery Time (Shipping Timing)
- Order Fulfillment: Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be processed and fulfilled (prepared for dispatch) by our warehouse.
- Delivery Time: Delivery time is counted in business days (Monday – Friday) and does not include weekends or public holidays. The total expected delivery window will be provided at the time of checkout.
- Multiple Packages: Items from a single order may occasionally be shipped in multiple packages to ensure faster delivery based on product availability.
3. Important Shipping Notes
- We can only support one shipping address per order. If you need items delivered to separate locations, please place separate orders.

II. Return & Refund Policy

We have a 48-hour return policy applicable only to books that are defective or damaged during transit. This means you must inspect your order upon reception and request a return within 48 hours of receiving your item.
2. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: It must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn or unused).
- Packaging: It must have all original tags and be in its original packaging.
- Proof: You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Reason: The sole basis for return under this policy is damage or defect.
3. Initiating a Return

4. Damages and Issues (Wrong Item)
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If you receive an item that is:

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
